Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your online purchase and request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • unused and unworn
  • in its original packaging
  • in a condition suitable for resale

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty, damaged, defective, unsafe, or incorrect.

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first so we can confirm availability.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and follow the same conditions as returns. If the requested replacement item is not available, we will offer a refund or another suitable solution.

Process

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following details in your request:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • the reason for your request, if applicable
  • photos, where possible, for damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Return and exchange requests must be submitted in writing. Email is accepted.

Refunds

Refund Process

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds will be processed within the legally required timeframe and, where applicable, no later than 30 days from the date of cancellation.

Please allow a few additional business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return for hygiene, health, custom-made, personalised, or product-specific reasons.

Where applicable, this will be clearly stated on the product page.

This does not limit your statutory rights if an item is defective, damaged, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied.

If you receive a damaged, defective, unsafe, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Where an item is defective or does not meet the required quality standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with applicable South African consumer protection laws.
